- Third-Party Services means external services, websites, or platforms linked to or referenced by CernaJobs.
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company regarding your use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By using CernaJobs, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify Cerna immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.
Use of the Service

- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse Cerna’s systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without permission
- Interfere with the performance or security of the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of CernaJobs require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed at the point of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the billing period.
Job Listings Disclaimer
CernaJobs aggregates and curates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job listing.
Cerna is not involved in the hiring process and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or agent.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of CernaJobs and its licensors.
You may not use Cerna’s name, branding, or trademarks without prior written consent.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CernaJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cerna in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
